A Simple Homemade Weight Gain Shake
Here is an easy way of getting in over 1000 calories everyday. For this you will need a blender and a few ingredients:
Put in the liquids into your blender first for a smooth shake. This shake will give you just over 1000 calories. Some may find it hard to drink all of this at once, so I recommend splitting the ingredients in half and having 2 shakes at different times of the day.
- 500ml Full Cream Milk
- 2 tbsp Extra-virgin Olive Oil
- 200g Oats
- 20g Whey Protein (any flavour)
- 5g Creatine Monohydrate
