What I like About Anabolic Cooking
The first thing I noticed when I started reading Anabolic Cooking is that it is a very well researched cookbook. You can easily tell that a lot of time and effort was invested in producing it.
One thing that I never sacrifice when it comes to my food is taste, and I really love the fact that the book has helped me create mouth watering meals in no time. No more boiled chicken and plain rices cakes for me! Tasty food really does motivate an individual to stay on course.
The directions for making the meals are simple and straight forward. The explicit step-by-step-instructions can be followed and executed by even a 10 year old. What I don't Like About Anabolic Cooking
I think it's sad that at the moment this cookbook can only be found online and not in any bookstores. Cookbooks were traditionally physical books that you carried around in your kitchen while you were cooking. But with the simplicity of the recipes in Anabolic Cooking, there really isn't a need for that. Plus, the latest technology gadgets make it much easier for us to carry information with us wherever we go.
The book doesn't really cater to vegetarians that much. I am not a vegetarian myself, but I'm just saying as I know that some of my readers are vegetarians and vegans.
